45 year old patient with 110 pound weight loss after bypass surgery. Also had massive apron of skin removed previously. Presented with abdominal pain and multiple hernias. Referred by general surgeon to provide reconstruction and hernia repair following studies to exclude internal problems. Result at 4 months following high tension suspension lower body lift with tummy tuck (360 degrees) (LOCKWOOD PROCEDURE) and mesh repair of hernias. Pain free.   10. Without the chart in front of me I seem to recall she shed about 130 pounds but don’t know what the size was before and after. She also had a partial tummy apron removed prior to this surgery by our office. This was a 360 degree lower body lift. She looked fairly trim when I saw her except for the considerable excess lower body skin which was treated.
