If you mean one month into pregnancy then the answer is no, if you mean one month after delivering the baby the answer is still no because your muscles have not contracted back to their normal size.

No. The anesthesia needed to put her asleep is enough to kill the fetus.

I am assuming you mean 1 month after delivering your baby.
Have a speak to your doctor, and your plastic surgeon should also be able to explain to you if it is safe, and if not how long you should wait.
