i didnt think so, but i wanted to compare answers. my logic was as you have changed this individuals PHENOTYPE and not GENOTYPE, they wouldn’t have the gene to pass down to their offspring right? Since they aquired this alteration later in life due to outside forces and not internal direction from DNA?

  2. no. having plastic surgery will not affect your DNA. would an amputee who lost his right leg
have offspring who are missing their right leg?

  3. You are correct, these changes do not affect the genotype and will not be passed down to the next generation.
